Greg Kahan, Founder and Director of the Kahan Group, brings over 30 years of experience in the hospitality industry. Throughout his career, Greg has built a reputation for creating innovative dining concepts, cultivating vibrant venues, and leading teams with a strong focus on excellence and guest experience.

His leadership has been central to the growth of the Kahan Group, shaping it into a collection of distinctive venues that reflect his passion for food, people, and community. With an eye for detail and a commitment to quality, Greg continues to drive the group forward, ensuring every venue delivers memorable experiences and lasting connections.

With over 20 years in the hospitality industry, Will Borland has built a career on delivering unforgettable guest experiences. His professional journey began in the music world—first working with instruments, then touring as a musician with his own band. That creative foundation eventually led him to hospitality, where he has held key roles with some of Australia’s most respected operators, including Open Door Pub Co, AVC, RD Jones, and Sand Hill Road.

Today, as Director and Head of Operations at the Kahan Group, Will blends his passion for music with his deep industry expertise to design immersive, music-driven experiences that leave a lasting impression on every guest.
